The QBY pneumatic diaphragm pump can not only pump flowing liquids but also transport some difficult-to-flow media. It combines many advantages of conveying machinery such as self-priming pumps, submersible pumps, slurry pumps, and impurity pumps.
1. The pump has no rotating parts and no shaft seal. The diaphragm completely separates the pumped medium from the moving parts and working components of the pump, ensuring no leakage of the transported medium. Therefore, when pumping corrosive media, it does not cause environmental pollution or endanger personal safety; no priming water is required. It has a suction lift of up to 5m and a head of up to 70m. The outlet pressure is ≥6 bar.
2. It features a wide flow path and excellent passing performance, allowing the passage of large particles with diameters up to 10mm. When pumping slurry or impurities, the wear on the pump is minimal. The head and flow rate can be steplessly adjusted by opening the air valve (air pressure can be adjusted between 1–7 bar). It does not require electricity, making it safe and reliable for use in flammable environments.
